Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue

Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue

In Harmony Holistic Stress Relief

Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue are linked syndromes. They are often inseparable and inter-related and difficult to define separately and to overcome. This is because they affect the major control systems of the body. They have many symptoms, which may not seem to be related. This is often because the difficulties relate back to a hypothalamic disorder. The hypothalamus is the major thermostat for the body, a critical control center. Because it regulates many various body functions, it produces multiple problems. The syndrome often involves a mitochondrial dysfunction of the muscles and nerves.

Symptoms of Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue may include:

· Remittent fatigue, lasting month after month.

· Feeling terrible the day after exercise.

· Achiness in the body, often moving from one place to another

· Disordered sleep, lack of deep sleep

· Brain fog, especially poor short-term memory and poor concentration

· Bowel dysfunction, especially irritable bowel syndrome

· Recurrent infections and/or sensitivity to chemicals and medicines

According to the medical profession, the syndrome may be caused by:

Hormonal dysfunction

Thyroid dysfunction

Adrenal Insufficiency

Thyroid dysfunction

Lack of DHEA

Low testosterone and estrogen

Disordered sleep patterns

Immune dysfunction

Presence of infections

Nutritional deficiencies

Poor mitochondrial functions

Dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system

In more detail, the above dysfunctions create even more symptoms:

Autonomic dysfunctions can mean low blood pressure, dizziness, coldness in hands and feet, night sweats

Nutritional deficiencies can mean lack of B-vitamins, especially B12, magnesium, iron, sulfur, coenzyme Q10, malic acid, DHEA and other minerals

Adrenal insufficiencies can include weakness, dizziness, sugar craving, and recurrent infections

Thyroid dysfunction can mean low body temperatures and many other symptoms

How In Harmony addresses the difficulties:

We help people with fibromyalgia by addressing the wide variety of symptoms energetically. Our Quantum System enables us to start with the hypothyroid and address each of the dysfunctions listed above, item by item, including the autonomic nervous system, the neurotransmitters of the brain, the presence of infections, the muscles and connective tissues, the immune dysfunctions.

We also address the sleep and the nutritional aspects, because they are important to a full healing. Some of the therapies used include biofeedback, energy-acupuncture, bio-resonance, neuro-linguistic programming, polarity balancing, and energetic hormone balancing, resetting the autonomic nervous system, the hypothalamus and boosting the adrenals. Because Quantum works energetically, many difficult tasks can be addressed simultaneously.

It might seem surprising how much we are able to do in a one and a half hour therapy. The protocol is detailed, but we have found that the more we perform these procedures, the better our clients respond. We have had some excellent results and, when accompanied by some form of physical exercise, as simple as walking, that very nice progress has been measured.

It should be remembered that we work energetically, according to biophysics, so our work is very mathematical and scientific. We do not offer diagnosis, nor do we do anything invasive. We are not involved with biochemistry because that is the province of the practice of medicine, which we do not do.

We like to point out that our therapies coincide very nicely with traditional medicine, and, in fact, complement medicine and pharmaceuticals.
